1. Processing Time
As our jackets are custom-made to your specific preferences, please note that processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the customization. Typically, orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable shipping services to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
- Within India: Standard delivery times are typically between 7-10 business days after the order has been shipped.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or shipping carrier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. The cost of shipping will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

5. International Shipping

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Streetwear Clothing is not responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you realize there is an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make adjustments before the order is shipped.
7. Order Status & Delays
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high demand, customs processing (if applicable), or shipping carrier delays. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal or logistical reasons, there may be certain restrictions on shipping to specific locations. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you and provide you with an option to cancel or modify your order.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note: If the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been successfully delivered to the provided address, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for lost packages.
10. Customs and Import Taxes (International)
For customers outside of India (coming soon), please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges.
